What we collect, and what we do with it.

Short version: only what you type into a form, only to call you back about it, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect the name, mobile number and — if you choose to give them — the email address, city and message you enter, along with the page you submitted it from and the date and time.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, and to contact you about mutual fund distribution services you have asked us about. That is all. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

Who can see it

Enquiries are stored in a database accessible only to Catalyst Finedge. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf under its own security obligations.

If you go on to invest, the asset management company and its registrar will collect information from you directly under their own privacy policies and KYC obligations. That is a separate relationship with them, not with us.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to — for example to a regulator, or under a court order.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an investment are retained for up to three years, then deleted. Records relating to investments are retained for as long as regulation requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to catalystfinedge@gmail.com and we will act on it, subject to any records we are legally obliged to retain.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function or to keep the administrator area secure.
